Privacy Policy

When you submit the early-access form we record the following:

• Your first name, last name, and email address.
• Optionally, your organisation, role, and industry (including free-text “other role” and “other industry” descriptions when you select Other).
• Your consent to this Privacy Policy, and your separate optional consent to receive launch and product updates.
• Basic technical metadata: the submission timestamp, the page or campaign you signed up from, and your browser's user-agent string — used for spam protection and aggregate analysis only.

We use this information to manage the waitlist, send launch updates and product communications, and shape SafeWork Coach programs around the goals our audience tells us about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

Waitlist submissions are forwarded from this site to a workflow we run on Microsoft Power Automate. The workflow writes a row into a SharePoint Online list inside a Kitney-managed Microsoft 365 tenant, and sends a confirmation email through Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft processes that data in line with its own security and privacy commitments.

When you join, we send a confirmation email that includes a signed, single-use unsubscribe link. Clicking it brings you to our unsubscribe page, where a single confirmation removes you from launch communications. You can also email hello@safework.coach at any time to be removed.

We keep waitlist records until SafeWork Coach launches or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. After an unsubscribe, we retain the original record marked as opted-out so we can honour your preference if a future signup comes from the same email address.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request full deletion by emailing hello@safework.coach. We aim to respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy while the waitlist is active. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date below.
